Total Integration is a 7-day immersive training for anyone ready to come back home to themselves - to reconnect with their core, their body, and their authentic voice.
Across the week we move through daily practice, guided inquiry, and group process, weaving breathwork, embodiment, and honest conversation into a single container. There is no single "right" way to arrive - couples, singles, and long-time students of this work all find their own edge here.
What the week involves
Mornings open with movement and breath practice, followed by teaching sessions that build on one another across the week. Afternoons are for integration - small group work, one-on-one time with facilitators, and rest. Evenings bring the group back together for ritual and reflection.
No prior experience is required. What matters is a genuine willingness to be seen and to show up for the people beside you.

Who is this training for?
Anyone ready for honest self-inquiry - individuals, couples, and returning students alike. No prior training is required.
What will I actually be asked to do?
Expect movement, breathwork, guided conversation, and group process. Nothing physical is ever mandatory - you always choose your own level of participation.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. The training is built to meet you wherever you are, whether this is your first retreat or your fifth.
The venue
The retreat is held at a private mountain-view estate outside Athens, set among olive groves with room to walk, swim, and rest between sessions.
Closest airport: Athens International (ATH), about 90 minutes from the venue. Airport transfers can be arranged on request.

Pricing covers tuition, shared accommodation, meals, and course materials. A deposit reserves your place; the balance is due 30 days before the training begins.
Terms & Cancellation Policy
- A $200 admin fee applies to any cancellation, non-refundable in all cases.
- Cancellations more than 30 days before the start receive a full refund minus the admin fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the start forfeit the deposit; the remaining balance is refundable.
- No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the start.
Accommodation & food
- Participants share twin or triple rooms, each with a private bathroom.
- A limited number of single/double rooms are available for an additional fee - ask when you register.
- All meals are plant-forward, sourced locally where possible, and can accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice.
